Personnel \ Personnel development and estimation \ Evaluation role in human resource management system

The Company applies three types of personnel evaluation:

  • Competence evaluation (including competence evaluation only for РСС, knowledge, operating skills);
  • Performance evaluation;
  • Comprehensive evaluation (of both competence and performance).

Personnel evaluation is aimed at achieving the following fundamental goals:

  • Development potential identification;
  • Identification of development strengths (competence, knowledge, operating skills);
  • Identification of training and development results;
  • Identification of the level of employee/candidate compliance with the position requirements;
  • Performance evaluation from the standpoint of the degree of the set goals and KPI achievement;
  • Determination of performance improvement areas;
  • Assessment of competence and performance of the Company’s personnel is conducted on a regular basis with a view to improve performance.
