Born in 1964. Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys (PhD). Mr. Sedykh started his career as an economist at the Central Research Institute for Iron and Steel Industry. 1999: Head of the Vyksa Steel Works (over a relatively short period of time, due to his efforts, the enterprise was brought back to normal after a crises). Since 1999, United Metallurgical Company, Director General; VSW, Chairman of the Board of Directors (initiated and implemented several major investment projects at the Company's enterprises). 2002: Chairman of the United Metallurgical Company Board of Directors. Since January 23, 2003: OMK President by decision of the OMK Board of Directors. Since April 12, 2006: Chairman of the United Metallurgical Company Board of Directors by decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Born in 1974. Graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University and the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation (major: strategic management).) From 1996 to 2001 he worked in development subdivisions of the Russian industrial companies. Since 2002, he has been working in the United Metallurgical Company, in the capacity of project manager, first Deputy Director General Almetyevsk Pipe Plant, Director for Strategic Development of the Vyksa Steel Works, Director for Strategic Development of the United Metallurgical Company. In November 2007, appointed to the post of the Vice president and head of the Department of Research and Strategy of the United Metallurgical Company.
Born in 1951. Graduated from the Gorky Higher Command College of Communications and the Military Academy of Communications (Saint Petersburg). 1969-1992: service in the Armed Forces (held command and staff positions in the field and the Central Office of the Ministry of Defense). 1992-March 2004: entrepreneurial activity. March 2004-October 2006: Director for Business Logistics, Investment Department, OMK. From October 2006, Vice President, Head of the Investment Department, OMK.
Born in October 11th, 1963. In 1985, graduated from the Irkutsk Institute of National Economy (major: economy and logistics planning). On graduating from the Institute, worked with MMC Norilsk Nickel. In 1994, headed the Association of Metallurgists and Investors. In 1999, became OMK Trade Center Director General, in 2001 - Deputy Director General, OMK Commercial Director. Since 2003, has been in private investment business. In December 2008, appointed to the post of OMK Vice President.
Vitaly has experience in management consulting - from 1990 he worked as an internal auditor of an open joint-stock corporation “Nevsky zavod” for seven years, where he worked on a pilot project using the principles of “included consulting” in the filed of corporate governance. At present (2007-2008) he is a chairman of a revision committee of Joint-Stock Company «United Metallurgical Company», and a member of a revision committee of Vyksunski metallurgical plant OJSC, a board member of «Partner-Invest», Ltd (Tyumen). He was the first in Russia to start working in the fields of business succession and corporate governance ensuring succession of possessory interests. Author of many articles on corporate governance, he is also scientific editor of the translation of Alan Crosby’s “Don’t Leave It to the Children”. Spheres of competence – corporate governance, relationships between owners and managers in non-public companies, business development and succession, solutions to corporate disputes. Vitaly is a member of working group of Russia’s Ministry of Economic Development and Trade as a corporative legislation specialist. He graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute and was a postgraduate at the State University of Economics and Finance in St. Petersburg, as well as at the Institute of World Economy and International Relations, International Bank Institute (took a course in anti-crisis management and company economics ), Institute of Management and Economics, and Technological Institute (Southern Alberta) (a course in corporate governance).
