Information for young specialists and graduates
Young specialists include specialists under 28 working for the Company as interns or immediately upon graduation.
The Company actively invites young graduates with metallurgical knowledge obtained from the best technical higher education institutions to work at its plants and works. There is no doubt that the Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys (MISIS) is our “forge” of human resources. However, we are also committed to inviting graduates from other higher education institutions to work with us.
Young specialists are offered the chance to gain field experience at the Company’s works while students in order to be already guaranteed an opportunity of being employed “on the factory floor” after receiving their higher education diplomas.
