OMK regards training as investment in personnel rather than costs. It means that personnel development is goal-oriented and consistent with the Company’s strategic plans. Personnel training and development also rely on conscious motivation and the pursuit of knowledge. Training and development results directly influence career and income growth opportunities of an employee. 

The Company has in place various training programs directed at both improving professional qualification of the personnel and developing their managerial skills. We strive to create an ever-developing system of knowledge accumulation and renewal meeting the strategic goals of the Company and providing an opportunity to achieve them in technologies and products.

The goals of the Company’s current training system include the formation of involvement and loyalty of employees, the creation of a single team sharing a common language and unified principles. We also seek to offer any employee an opportunity to improve their knowledge level themselves by sharing experience with their colleagues and participating in projects.
