Cast Iron

In recent years, blast-furnace operation practice has been radically improved, production of several cast iron grades have been mastered.

 Rolled steel

The enterprise manufactures more than hundred fifty rolled sections including mostly structural and spring ones.

Automobile springs

The spring process line includes production of spring plate billets, heat treatment, surface reduction of plates and plate spring assembly.

Agglomerate

The sintering plant has mastered production of iron-vanadium agglomerate with utilization of waste after vanadium process stage in sinter burden

Ferrovanadium

It is an alloy of ferrum and vanadium produced in electric arc furnaces by silicoaluminothermic reduction of vanadium pentoxide, and used to improve properties of steel, alloys and cast iron. We manufacture a wide range of ferrovanadium grades with different content of vanadium and additives as well as alloys with infused nitrogen and silicon.

Nitrated Ferrovanadium

It is used to alloy high-speed, low-alloyed and cold-resistant steels with vanadium and nitrogen. The product is supplied in pellets of 5-15 kg each packed in drums.

Vanadium Pentoxide

It is used to produce titan alloys, vanadium catalysts and other chemical agents.

LPK products

Hot-rolled coiled products with a thickness from 1 to 12.7mm up to 1.750mm wide as well as hot rolled sheet and strip
